Helping people lose weight and improve the way their body looks is a big part of what I do.

As well as help people drop fat as part of personal training, I also coach people, in person and online, who don't do the exercise part, with me or some not at all. I create bespoke nutrition courses and help my clients start to understand food and how they can change their habits for good.
